ประดับด้วยเปลือกหอยเม่นและปะการังสีขาวซึ่งเป็นปะการังที่กำลังเปลี่ยนเป็นสีขาวเนื่องจากอุณหภูมิของทะเลที่สูงขึ้น
อย่างต่อเนื่อง 

ปังหา มาจากคำว่า “กัลปังหา”  เด็กน้อยคนนี้ชอบแสงแดดและกิจกรรมกลางแจ้งที่ได้ขยับเคลื่อนไหวร่างกาย น้องมีดวงตากลมโต แต่สีหน้าที่ค่อนข้างเฉยชาและอาจจะดูไม่เป็นมิตรเท่าไหร่ นั่นก็เป็นเพราะว่า “ทะเล” ที่เป็นบ้านของน้องประสบปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมมากมาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นขยะพลาสติกที่เป็นอันตรายต่อสัตว์ทะเลซึ่งเป็นเสมือนเพื่อน ๆ ของน้องปังหา รวมถึงความแปรปรวนของภัยธรรมชาติที่เกิดจากการสภาพโลกร้อนขึ้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นพายุ น้ำท่วม ความแห้งแล้ง หรืออุณหภูมิที่เปลี่ยนแปลงสุดขั้วตลอดเวลา ปัญหาเหล่านี้ล้วนเกิดจากมนุษย์ทั้งสิ้นและสุดท้ายผลของปัญหาก็จะกลับคืนสู่มนุษย์เองจากสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น น้องปังหา จึงมีภารกิจในการสื่อสารให้มนุษย์ตระหนักถึงปัญหาอย่างเร่งด่วน ทั้งปัญหาโลกร้อน
climate change, ปัญหาขยะทะเล Marine debris problem และรณรงค์แนวคิดของความยั่งยืน Sustainability ทำให้มนุษย์เข้าใจว่า “คนทุกคนสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงโลกได้” โดยเริ่มต้นได้ง่าย ๆ จากตัวเอง เช่น...
1.    การทิ้งขยะให้ลงถัง เพื่อลดโอกาสที่น้ำฝนจะพาขยะเหล่านั้นลงสู่ แม่น้ำ ลำคลอง และออกสู่ทะเลในที่สุด
2.    การแยกขยะ เพื่อให้การกำจัดหรือรีไซเคิลทำได้อย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
การเริ่มต้นเพียงคนละเล็กละน้อย หากเป็นการทำด้วยกันหลาย ๆ คน ความตั้งใจก็จะกลายเป็นพลังที่เข้มแข็งและเป็นกระบอกเสียงให้หลาย ๆ ภาคส่วนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมอย่างจริงจังและจริงใจเพื่อสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับสิ่งแวดล้อมให้กับท้องทะเลของเราเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์แก่มนุษย์รุ่นต่อรุ่นสืบไป

This character is a small girl dressed in crimson and embedded coral thorns on the body, with head accessories made of sea urchins and bleached corals. The coral's hue is white due to the constantly rising temperature of the ocean.The name "Pang Ha" is derived from the Malay word "Kalam Pangha," which also signifies "Troubles or Problems" in Thai when spoken playfully by young children.
This character enjoys being in the sun and participating in outdoor activities. She has big eyes and a worried and   paranoid expression on her face. This is because her    habitat, the ocean, is heavily contaminated by plastic trash, which is equally hazardous to her friends, the marine life. Her home is also threatened by natural calamities such as rising temperatures caused by global warming, which she knows would adversely effect humans in the form of storms, floods, drought, or sudden temperature swings. All of this is the result of human activity.Pangha wishes to motivate humans to quickly see the problem and understand that everyone can create a good change - a change that needs little effort and can be accomplished by anyone.  It can by simply done by;
1.    Disposing trash in the bin, not on the ground – to avoid rainwater from washing trash into rivers and the ocean.
2.    Separating trash properly so as to destroy or recycle it in the most sustainable way possible.
Small forces working together can accomplish significant goals and promote awareness among other stakeholders about the need of acting collaboratively to build a great future for our ocean that     benefits humans and all living creatures sharing the same planet from generation to generation.
